Happy work anniversary. They should acknowledge 25 years of loyalty to the company. Employees no longer stay with companies that long so it should be recognized.

G'morning all!
QJB - argh, why do they do this to you all the time? No matter what position you are in they work you to the bone. I hope things settle down because you can't go on like this.
I snorted my coffee reading Jim's comment about you being a cute iced latte (tall). Good one Jim!
We finally have rain here and it's a great thing, due to all the fires. Seems like all next week will be rainy too. My foot is better so I'm gonna try and do my jog before it gets too wet on the trails.
QOTD: both kids home for the holidays. Don't want/need anything else.
My meals yesterday (too many carbs but they were mostly vegetable carbs, rainy day and all)
- B: coffee
- L: TJ vegetable garden soup + cheese bites
- S: 1 medium apple
- D: Rest of the soup + cheese bites
- E: 30 minutes cardio + 60 minutes weight.
Happy jr Fri-yay!

I am trying to convince my Venti to join me in a couples costume but I think I am on my own. This is the closest we have come to a couples costume:
- High Weight before LapBand: 200 (2008)
- High Weight before RNY: 160 (2015)
- Lowest post-op weight: 110 (2016)
- Maintenance Weight: 120 (2017-2019)
- Battling Regain Weight: 135 (current)

Good morning ~ I'm exhausted just reading about your day QJB! Hopefully today is much better. This week is flying by, I can't believe it's Thursday already. I ended up working late yesterday and missed my swim lane reservation. I wish I had brought my regular gym clothes... Today I have so much to do that I'm not sure I will make it to the gym - which seriously leads me to the QOTD...
QOTD - Yesterday, I ordered a NordicTrack/iFit treadmill with a 22 inch screen!! I will get it in a few weeks. I am beyond excited that I'm going to be able to walk/hike and run all over the world in the comfort of my own home. I CAN'T WAIT!!
Today is a busy one with tons of spreadsheet reports to get done. Even though I blow them up big enough to see from space, my eyes will be killing me by the end of the day. The hubs is making dinner and there is a bottle of Opolo Zin on the counter calling my name. We have Dodgers game 5 of the playoffs and of course Thursday night NFL - not too exciting it's Broncos v Browns.

I hope you like the iFit! I really love my virtual travels and Since the program controls the effort needed, I know I work hard than I would otherwise

That is exactly what I want - the total experience. When I do my own routines I tend to go easy on myself or quit too soon. This will be a challenge and a really nice change.
