What's on your Tuesday Menu?

I am all about the balance, people. Happy Taco Tuesday.
I had a good day yesterday. I'm sttill settling into the (real) new job, learning a lot and making mistakes, but feeling like the workload is doable again. I just wish I didn't have so many meetings!!!!! Today I have another day with no breaks from 9 - 3.
QOTD: What is your happiest color? (Sorry, we think we already know Teenie's answer!) I really like bright yellow. I can't pull it off to wear it on it's own but I love to add yellow accents whenever I can with yellow flats, earrings, scarves, etc. I would love a yellow car, but I haven't found a model I want in yellow.
I stayed on plan yesterday!
B: Protein Coffee
S: Fage 2% Cherry Greek Yogurt
L: Black Bean & Chicken Bowl
S: Ham & Cheese Roll Up
D: Homemade Fish Tacos

Happy Tuesday!
QoTD- purple is my favorite but orange makes me happy and makes me smile!!
i made the best chicken green chile yesterday. I am always tinkering but I think this one will stick - some oil in the bottom of a Dutch oven, layer boneless skinless chicken breasts, season with ancho Chile powder, cumin, pepper and garlic salt on both sides; top with 32 oz hatch green Chiles, roasted, two cans of cream of chicken, one can of water. Cool at 350, covered for two hours, stirring occasionally, take out, shred the chicken and then return to oven for 40 minutes. Take it of oven and stir in Colby jack cheese and cover and let sit 15 minutes. Delicious!
menu today is
coffee plus half and half x3
Coffee skyr
Chicken green chile x2
have a great tuesday

You could use any, I think (although I've never tried a FF cream of soup). I so always get the low sodium version if it's available.

That does sound delicious. Hatch green chiles, is that a brand? My grocery store is rather small so the selection is limited. I am going to try this recipe for sure.

It's a type of green chile from Hatch New Mexico but they also make a specific brand called hatch. You can absolutely use any roasted chopped green chiles

Good Tuesday mornin everyone.
I was able to get into my neurosurgeon yesterday kind of spur of the moment...to review my imaging. He exact words were "your back is a literal **** show". He said he'd only seen one other case similar to mine except they were much older than me. He isn't sure I'm even a viable candidate for a fusion due to scar tissue. I have some herniation that has done so under scar tissue so he is going to do an exploratory surgery on the part that is pinching my sciatic nerve flat(again) and try and do a discectomy on it. This is just for the left leg pain.
I am just numb. My headache came back yesterday morning and it just has me feeling so worn out...body and soul. I cried a bit over all the stuff. If one more person tells me to be positive about it I might just scream. Sometimes there just isn't a positive thing about a situation.
QOTD: all the variations of blue pretty much...esp teals and turquoise.
b: just egg and coffee
l: chicken satay
d: left over satay
s: ????
