My Monday menu

Hi guys ! I had another rough night ... i really imagined this problem was going away with basic antibiotics and it came roaring back after I ate ( an Indian meal Chicken Tikka Masal lite )

I had explosive diarrhea about eight times . Now I'm putting my hands in bleachy and soapy water before diapering or feeding the babies because I feel like potential Typhoid Mary .

They're not sick at all so please don't get alarmed but my doctor would not prescribe more antibiotics without a fecal culture which might take 4-5 days .

May I say I HATE this ?!!! I've never been so sick in

my life .... literally..... I'm SO frustrated!!!
