Good Morning! Today should be busy pending the approval of some of the monthly numbers. I hope I can get stressed on next week's payroll figures today. It's feeling a little like Fall finally and I had a hot latte in the afternoon and it tasted wonderful.
QOTD: I'm particular about some of them but we have a few "junk" catch all places.

Good morning and happy Wednesday!
I took the day off because my dad and step mom were supposed to come by for the day but called last night and cancelled (my dad's not feeling well) so I have a bonus mid-week day off with very limited plans. I have PT this morning and that's it, I am thinking I need to take some posters to the framing store, bring in the plants since we have a freeze warning for tonight and maybe pick up some new halloween lawn decorations and the candy for halloween. I'm also thinking about maybe going to see the new James Bond movie. Or a sequel to a book that I loved (The Obsidian Tower by Melissa Caruso) came out so I could spend the whole afternoon with that. Decisions!
QOTD - my books are organized (by subject, by author) other than that, if things are in the right drawer, I'm happy.
I do not have a menu plan for today because I had been thinking greek lunch and subsequent left overs so will have to go scavenge for food. Will start with coffee and half and half x3 and PB toast though.

I have been plugging away. I really wanted to get back to the gym or walking at night but Long term Covid just isn't allowing for it. Trying to walk as much as i can at work because no matter what I'm dead by the time i get home from work.
got my vitamin levels back From the doctor. Everything is hanging on low normal. So thats good. He gave me pain meds for the covid pain and it does help So another win.
QOTD: since losing weight I am a HUGE Tshirt person and i fold them Konmari Style to keep them looking good and preserve space. So. Many. Shirts.

hi all
keep getting distracted today. will weigh tomm and i'm trying to lay off carbs today and increase water. they in some way have become a crutch to my emotions i think.
QOTD: i like the labels forward in the pantry. i like to see the food in a pretty row ---- hahaha
