First of all, GO SOX!!!!!

Happy Taco Tuesday to those who celebrate ;)

I hope most of you had a nice three day weekend. Mine was good. Saturday, we had a lovely day celebrating dad's birthday on the Cape with the train ride (pics on Friday!), a nice dinner, and a drive to gawk a gazillion dollar houses on the water.

Sunday I was unusually tired and hungry. I think my body was in crash mode after such a busy and stressful few months, and I could barely stay awake. I napped, ate, napped, ate some more (and more) and still went to bed at 7pm, lol. I thought I would be busy all day Monday but I decided to keep the crash going to help myself fully recover and face this week rested... so instead of going out, I ordered from instacart and binged Squid Game on Netflix all day :)

QOTD: What is product or service you love so much that you'd happily be that company's spokesperson? I feel like I am constantly telling people to get Keratin hair treatment because I love it so much! It there was a referral fee, I think the makers of Keratin would owe me a lot of money!

I was a bottomless PIT for food this weekend and I was not responsible about it at all. Whomp whomp. I ate so many terrible things from crackers to candy and more. Gotta reign it back in this week.

B: Protein Coffee

S: Costco Egg Bite

L: Leftover Haddock Taco

S: Ham & Cheese & Cucumber Roll Up

Good morning!! Yay Tuesday! One day closer to the weekend!

QOTD - I have persuaded a few people to get iFIT/Nordic Track so that or Pilates. I really think everyone should do Pilates, there's something for every level from sedentary to athletic, you can get as much or as little cardio as you want by varying the classes and it's very good for your functional fitness (plus it helped me get half an inch taller in my 40s!).

Menu today is

coffee plus half and half X 3

KetoChow eggnog shake

1 egg omlette

not sure about dinner

Have a great day!

I bought iFit and Nordic Track after reviews from QJB, Jen, and Kelly. Kelly send me a card for a free month and after that month I signed up for a three year plan. Arbonne Progesterone Cream is a product that can change a woman's life. I did used to sell it, but purchased it for years after I quit selling it.

Going to have to wing my menu today a little bit. Busy day today.

Day off, so Costco and the Vet trips. Time to off load some more too big clothes. I love this part, but I need to find some smaller clothes with out spending a fortune. I have not had good luck at Thrift or consignment shops. Off to Physical Therapy.

menu. Yogurt, cottage cheese, ham. Dinner will be spaghetti sauce over zucchini noodles. This is the first time I have tried something like this since surgery, all that tomato....

Not sure what size/style you need but I have great luck with pants at Costco. They have nice pull on pointe pants for dress and cute athletic leggings!!

I do good at rummage sales at local churches. We find the sales in the want adds in the paper nd also my husband looks on face book. We also go to Estate Sales where you can dig through peoples closets. I hope you have luck finding cost effective clothing.

Its a chemical hair straightener. Not as harsh as the Brazilian Blow Out, but it just calms my hair down and completely defrizzes it. I am basically obsessed with the stuff and go every 8 weeks for a new treatment. Missing that was the worst thing about lock down.
