Good morning everybody!

Without a doubt, posting this will cause somebody else to post a morning thread. But I will plunge on, nevertheless.

Back from vacation today. I have to go to the hospital to get a bone density scan this morning, so I'm up early. My blood calcium was high, so they wanted to double check the scan before cutting back. I guess it will save me a little money on calcium chews. I mistakenly bought capsules for my regular vitamins, so no more morning watermelon chews for those. I think I'm just overpaying for multivitamins now.

I will post my French Laundry pictures tomorrow.

QOTD: Do you still take Bariatric vitamins? I still do, but I'm wondering if I should just switch to multi-vitamins like a lot of people

Breakfast: Egg sandwhich

Lunch: Mahi burger

Dinner: Hello Fresh

Have a great day, all!

hi all- guess who has power??? this gal!!1 but i did have to fight for it! Friday was a mess, my hotspot was questionable so i had to leave early and worked at panera where once again my wifi wouldn't come up. so i had it on hot spot again.

inspector came out approved the new meter box. then the power co came out and said they couldn't hook it up because the config was 'different than they expected' and needed an engineer so it would be monday or tuesday. i was like nooooooo. while taking the call in the dentist office no less. so i called our contractor electrician and explained what the power co said. it was apparently a failure to communicate because the 'config' was the one suggested by the power co guy and already approved. so the night crew came and turned us on. we only lost 1/4 of the food in fridge...

QOTD: i use either the patch or the regular multi OTC.

food today:

in no particular order:

coffee, water, chicken sausage, last of meatloaf, egg white french toast, tuna for dinner?

Good mornin everyone and happy thanksgiving to our Canadian members.

this weekend was straight from hell for me. The myelogram has made me sicker than I've ever been. I've had headaches and migraines before but wow. Spinal headaches suck big time. I had to stay in bed most of yesterday and prob will today as well. If I stay up right to long I get nauseous and end up dry heaving. I had 1/3 of a PP shake yesterday and two cups of cold brew coffee(It was suggested because caffeine can help these kind of headaches) and water. I've lost nearly 8 pounds as of last night. I'd rather of lost it a different way! lol the blood patch helped with the most severe headache bu I also think I had a reaction to the contrast and the levaquin.

I already got the report for the procedure. It's not exactly good but I already knew it wouldn't be great...I am terrified of surgery now. This whole experience has shook me to the core lol. The hospital staff has been great with the exception of the guy who did the blood patch...that hurt like heck.

hoping to get some kind of solid food in today. At least a whole PP shake.

QOTD: I use multivitamins and separate calcium tablets.

hope every has a good day.
