Tonight we are going to watch Em perform at their Senior skit prior to the homecoming football game. I have my annual blood work in the morning and I'm supposed to go running shoes shopping. I'm curious to see how my iron levels are, I have been having bad leg cramps again (even with my additional magnesium and tabs I use) and sometimes that is indicative I'm in need of an infusion.
QOTD: Nothing exciting... I've been reading a little on some work based accounting stuff-lol!

B: SF latte, Pear, Quaker protein/fiber oatmeal and turkey sausage
L: Tuna packet, carrots, pudding, and a pear
S: Protein puffs, mixed nuts, an apple and yogurt
D: Jimmy Dean scramble, chompies toast, sliced orange/banana, and 2 squares dark chocolate
ES: Greek yogurt with ¼ cup fiber cereal
E: Resting, I had so many bad leg cramps last night the muscles are sore today and I didn't sleep well at all.
