What's on your Wednesday Menu?
I had bought the Hokas specifically for running. I have 3-4 different Nikes for just regular days when I know I'd be walking around a lot. They were my gym shoes but I haven't been to a gym since Mar 2020 so I use them around town.
I had Asics venture 7 I think. It was recommended for plantar fasciitis.

G'morning all!
QJB - that meme is hilarious, especially coming from you. ;)
Yesterday I did a Costco run to get Halloween candies. Before COVID in our neighborhood you'd go through four Costco size bags of candies. I have no idea what rules are gonna be this year but I got two bags. Anyway, I was there for candies when I saw all things xmas. Early but oh my, had to get a couple of things; like the hot cocoa bombs, and personal size mini panettone that come in 3 different flavors. At home I hid them in the far corners of the pantry so nobody can find them before Xmas.
QOTD: coffe hot and iced, depending on the season. Drinks as long as they have been in the fridge I don't need ice. Infact when we are out and order a drink I have to ask it to be light on ice. I don't like my drink diluted by too much ice.
My meals yesterday
- B: coffee
- L: chomp beef stick & hb eggs
- S: Fage yogurt & 20 choc chips
- D: Costco chicken bites (love these single portion chicken breast) & cauliflower thins
- E: 30 minutes cardio + 50 minutes weight training
Happy hump day!

Happy Wednesday Everyone,
Well, I didn't get my workout in yesterday as I had planned. I needed to take my daughter shopping for clothes for the funeral. We got there at 5 and ended up closing the mall down at 7:30 before she could make a decision on what to wear. She must of tired on 50 dresses. Tonight I get to do that again with my son. I think he will be easier though. So I am not sure I will get to workout today either.
QOTD: I like my tea and soups hot but not scalding. After my massage I like room temp water but otherwise I like iced water and drinks. I seem to like my drinks colder then before surgery. An of course, ice in my cold brew coffee. Not much of a hot coffee drinker.
B: triple zero greek yogurt, cold brew with half n half, caramel sauce
L: buffalo chicken taquito
S: Protein oats with collagen added
D: Creamy chicken taco soup
S: 100 kcal kettle corn
E: 30 min walk, 30 min yoga (hopefully!)
