Hump Day couldn't come fast enough this week! Phew yesterday was a lot. But today I am being forced to leave the office on time because we are taking a woodworking class tonight (signed up for it months ago, before 16 hour minimum days were my new reality). Anyway, I am SUPER happy to have an excuse to leave on time and happy to take this class with Grim but also a little worried about how many unread emails I already have... yikes. Well, I guess that's Thursday's problem.

QOTD: Do you prefer to drink beverages hot, cold, or at room temp? I need my coffee piping HOT and everything else with extra extra extra ice. Room temp drinks have no place in my life, lol.

As usual, I ate a little off from what I planed yesterday but kept calories low enough by just not eating much.

B: Protein Coffee

S: Costo Egg Bite

L: Apple & Chomps Meat Stick & Cheese Stick

S: Hummus & Thin Pretzels

D: ?? no idea how we are pulling off dinner before the class!

Love the meme; I have actually gotten taller through 3 years of pilates; only a half inch but not what you expect in your 40s!

Enjoy the woodworking class!

QOTD - I like hot drinks hot, everything else fine with room temp; I don't have the obsession with cold and ice that some people have, I've noticed.

Busy day today, already looking forward to the weekend...but I can almost see Friday from here!

menu today is the usual coffee plus half and half, the overnight oats I didn't eat yesterday, cheddar and almonds for lunch, not sure about dinner and I really need to hit the grocery store but I think that will wait til Friday.

Have a great Wednesday everyone!

You just made an excellent case for Pilates. Every half inch lowers that BMI...!

Oh no, I am sorry you felt so yucky last night. Acid reflux is still my arch nemesis. I am on pills more than off them now.

QOTD: Ice cold. Love ice. I don't like hot drinks unless it is really cold outside. And here, it never is. Today I will meet some friends probably at lunch time. Grocery shopping after that.

Menu Yogurt, SHRIMP and more shrimp. I cooked 2 pounds of Key West Pinks, my fav wild caught ones, which I will share with friends. Tomorrow my "weekend" is over. Back to Monday. I do like having a couple of days off during everyone else's work week.
