not sure on today's food since im out but i had low cal french toast for breakfast. have protein bars..

Good morning~ Enjoy your day, QJB! Love that OH photo!! I am spending my day reorganizing my office - it's long over due. Other than that, just the priorities and I'm off at 12. I have a manicure, then grocery shopping and home for the weekend! Rob is going to BBQ a tri tip tonight, yay! I eat so much chicken and I'm craving beef. We start the Halloween/scary movies tonight. We are doing the usual favorites, but are going all Steven King this weekend. Tonight is Salem's Lot from 1979(my nightmares as a kid were from this movie) and tomorrow night is the Shining. Can't wait! I did get my new swimsuit in the mail - I actually ordered 2 - I was wearing a large pre regain, so I ordered an xl and an xxl - just in case. These are not expensive suits - I think $25? I only received the the xxl so far and it is too big, but It will do for Saturday. I'm hoping the other suit arrives today. I am looking forward to swimming, it's been 2 years this month.

QOTD - No, not at all, too on guard to let go and sleep anywhere but in bed, laying flat. It's really rare to fall asleep in the living room. Rob and the animals make so much noise it pretty impossible for me unless I'm a 5 or 7 on the cat scale below!

Today's mood scale - because it's easy Friday is a 6, but later will be a 1!

Cat #5 and 8 are to funny. At the end of the week I feel like 5 and Mondays I'm an 8. But once the day goes on I start to feel better. Thanks for posting that, I'm going to share it with some friends/family.

I have not seen it but if you have epic, there is a series called Chaplewaite which is a prequel to Salem's Lot. A friend of mine that lives in Ipswich, just texted me tonight that they just started filming scenes for the Salem's lot remake there.

We do have epic, I will have to check it that out, thanks. Ohhh, I would love to see a modern Salem's Lot! There was a remake/return in 2004 of some sort that I never saw.
