Goooood Morning and Happy TuesYAY (tm Christina). Y'all ready for today? I think I got this... It's definitely going to be a long day of meetings and whatnot, but I am starting to get used to this pace, I guess? Nah, I'm really not, but let's pretend.
QOTD: What is your favorite foreign accent to hear people speaking? I love listening to people speaking with accents (even Boston, lol). I was onboarding new staff yesterday and I got to hear people with every accent you can imagine but there was a woman with a deep voice and French accent who sounded so cool!
I stuck to my plan yesterday but I was hungry! I had to resist the urge to graze all day. Maybe I wasn't actually hungry--maybe I was already just sick of eating chicken, haha.

Good mornin everyone.
Well yesterday sucked big time. Need to dig really deep to get past this. I am trying but I feel like I am deep in an abyss.
I'm going to focus on dense proteins for lunch and dinner. Try to back off carbs...kind of weaning off of them. I have some protein bars I need to use up and I'll have them for breakfast until they are gone. I don't eat bread or many grains thanks to gluten but I need to cut back on fruit and focus more on vegetables. Less pre flavored yogurt and using plain if I want it.
I got the stuff yesterday to make my own breakfast sausage. It'll have a serving of pure maple syrup for the 2 pounds of meat. It's says it makes 16 servings but I'm betting I'll stretch it further than that.
Lots planned for today. I have to get an X-ray this morning. Go get my handicapped placard. My mom wants to go to the thrift store. May go to Walmart.

I woke up this morning convinced that it was Wednesday; at least I didn't wake up thinking it was Friday!
QOTD - I love all accents but my grandmother was from Oz so that one always warms my heart.
I have a virtual lecture tonight on how the Denver Art Museum has built it's photography collection and then bookclub so busy evening.

yesterday was a bit of a non event for me. worked, let dogs potty, worked my second job. I did get a bamboo garment rack for my photos and I finally found a good use for my huge teacher map of chattanooga I bought at a yard sale. the backside is white so perfect backdrop for clothing pics. I made a HUGE pile of stir fry chicken which left 4 more servings for me so I wll be complaining about eating stir fry chicken the next few days.
Minnie is getting her first doggie therapy appt today. She has resource guarding issues with me, john, and food. she has gotten into it with our blind skylar several several times so the dog rescue we adopted her from is getting us help to rid her of these issues. should be interesting.
