Good morning everyone~ I hope everyone is so busy with fabulous plans that I am actually starting today! Yesterday I found out my new job comes with some benefits I didn't know about - one is a wellness benefit that I can use towards a gym membership, that and the cooperate discount I get as a county employee means my annual membership is only 220 for the year for this really nice gym/club - so I joined! I'm starting Monday - I'm so happy I've got a plan!

Today we are taking the dogs to the park, working on the yard, the usual chores, football. Rob is making enchiladas and a special carb free pan for me. I need to organize my closet, it's getting out of hand. And pack my gym bag! Ahh, feelign good right now.

QOTD - What are your treats/snack post surgery? I need ideas - I'm getting bored with mine - jerky, yogurt, veggies, dip.... HELP!

B- coffee and scrambled eggs

l- leftover chicken w/salad

d - chicken enchiladas w/lettuce and tomato

Have a great Saturday!!

That is a fantastic surprise and benefit!

QOTD - cheese snacks, nuts, and I still like the frozen light and fit. I do buy built bites which are very small protein bars for those times when I need a before bed snack. Salted caramel is my favorite.

Where do you find built products? I've heard of the bars, but bites sound even better. I've looked everywhere and never see this brand. I may order some online. Thanks Jen!

I've only gotten them online; I've never seen them in stores. Built.com -- the bites and bars are both very good; I would not recommend the puffs because they are too good; I had no self control with them so won't buy them again.

I was just looking online and the puffs did nothing for me, but now I am intrigued! I will stay away if they are that good. I may try the bars for work breakfast. I need to shake up my routine.

The kitty just needs to get weight loss surgery. Then he will not be tired and hungry anymore and it will be easy to do the right things to lose the weight and keep it off.

LOL - I mentioned that to my vet (kiddingly, of course) because one of our cats has a weight challenge. He'll eat like crazy if left to his own devices!
