Picking up the virtual kayak in the virtual car, lol. What's that game everyone was playing last year, animal crossing, maybe one of the boys could do a kayak in it for Marilyn!

Good morning!
Feeling SO much better today. I took it easy on food yesterday and feel pretty normal at last. Today looks like craziness at work and a new recipe for dinner. I spent some time organizing yesterday for the week, and have my breakfasts and lunches all lined up. I'm supposed to be on a three day work week this week, but we may be too short staffed and I'll have to work on Friday. We'll see how the week goes.
QoTD: I hated school. So much. So, so much. I can't even think of a great thing I loved, but I do remember I took a summer school class in civilizations and we had to create our own. I have at least a couple good memories about that class.
Menu:
B: chicken breast bites, cottage cheese
L: pollo asada, black beans, TJ Mexican cauliflower rice

Good Morning Queen JB and Menuers,
Oh Dear Queen I am so sorry you are going though everything that has been piled upon you. I hope you can find a way to delegate some of the tasks at hand. I am also the kind of person who would rather do it themselves than put trust in other people. Looks like you may just need to hire a personal assistant at this point. Good luck morning forward.
Has anyone ever done a railbike ride. I see there is one in Frostburg Maryland that is about 1 1/2 hours away and they have an opening for Monday morning at 9:30am I am considering booking. It is 10 miles. I am just concerned it will be too painful for DH.
I am on the hunt for Gatorade 0 I have been looking for 2 weeks now but the store shelves have been empty. I have been subbing Body Armor lite but I really like the Gatorade. What will be the next thing I will be seeking and can not find. As long as it is not coffee I will survive.
QOTD: Lunch I was not a fan of school. I was more social than a study kinda gal. Just lucky to have the job I do and have been here as long as I have been.
Accountability: I left my phone at work last night so I had to make the 40 mile round trip back to get it. DH was kind enough to go for a ride with me and we stopped and had dinner out. I am not a fan of dinner out during the week but considering the cir****tances i succumbed to a Greek salad, Chicken Napolitano and Steamed spinach. I still got a boat load of the chicken and spinach left so it should pop up on my menu after I finish my baked beans.

Liz went rail biking on a date before she met Mike. She was very focused on making sure that we understood that she wasn't interested in the guy, but I think she enjoyed the actual biking.

Chrissy,
Gatorade Zero is hard to find everywhere. You may be able to find the powder online. This is also a favorite treat for me. however, I have substituted Powerade Zero and Propel in its place when I can't find Gatorade Zero. I did find the powdered Propel on Amazon.

Good morning ~ That is a lot of tacos, JB! I hope it works out in the end. I ended up having a successful day yesterday. My oh **** emails turned out to be great. Annual State Financial Reports, ugh. I was able to figure out a very complicated issue with very little training and no help (honestly, my expert was not available). It was a huge win for me. I floated home and enjoyed a huge glass of wine!
Today will be a catch up day followed by research/studying and procedure updates. That takes care of work, but at home I am a mess. I've been failing at vitamins the last few weeks because I'm not planning ahead. I'm not eating on plan on the weekends - over indulging and drinking. Not planning my meals (winging it mostly) or exercise. My joints all hurt from my lack of care and I've only run once since buying my new shoes a few weeks ago. I need to get my **** together and take this seriously. It's a shut up and do it moment really. I will be joining the weekenders on here as well. This is how I plan my day and set the tone so, I need to do be more accountable and show up.
QOTD - I hated projects!! I loved art, home ec, shop, study hall, lunch... lol. I did well in school, I was good at facts and figures but they did not interest me. I loved story telling classes like English and History.
