hi all, my tooth event went well, i'm still on antibiotics for the next week and they make me feel icky. Will be taking it as easy as possible. We binged watched the most recent nailed it over the weekend and I started American Gods on starz. I was listening to the book and was almost done so figured I would just switch over to the series. not sure if i will do the last 5 hours on the audiobook or not.

so weekend was relaxing but I also got a lot accomplished. found a mini product goldmine friday at the liquidation store that i was pretty pumped up about.

food plan: depends how much i can actually chew on the right since the left is off limits. have leftover pork chops but that might be a bit much.

yogurt, shake, coffee, eggs, low carb tortilla

QOTD: I was a mcdonalds kid as a child. As an adult i would say in and out though they are very far away from georgia.

It's literally less than 1/2 mile from our house but we're hoping the cats adjust well to the temporary arrangement.

We traveled to Maine for vacation the week before last. We stopped for an afternoon in Kennebunkport and decided next time we would stay there for sure! So many great little spots all the way up the coast. Glad you were able to disconnect for a day, good luck with onboarding this week.

I am so glad you got to visit my favorite place! I have spent at least a few days every summer there since I was a little kid. I just love everything about it :) I am desperately looking for a summer house close by but I keep losing on the bids.

Good morning, everybody!

I got a like from DCGirl last week. I was happy to see that she is around. I know that people get busy, but its great that Eileen, Mike, Patty, Madison Rose and others have checked in recently. I haven't heard from Liz, but since our circles overlap a bit, I kind of feel like I somewhat know where she is most times.

I've been following this Gabby Petito story in the news, but didn't realize that her parent's lived in the town next to where we stayed in Florida last week. The supermarket that we usually went to was in North Port Florida. And I took my youngest for a picnic in the state park next to the area where they are looking for the fiancé.

The weekend kind of flew by. I did go back to the gym without any adverse impacts to my back, so hopefully that was just a one week thing. We didn't make any progress on the car front other that entering a raffle for the Sloane Stephens Foundation. Marilyn's team lost in 18+ playoffs on Saturday. But its 18+ so they kind of expected. On January 1st she will be eligible for 55+.

QOTD: Probably Portillo's. Maybe nobody but Jen will know what that is.

Breakfast: Turkey meatballs and cottage cheese

Lunch: Mahi burger

Dinner: Hello Fresh

Have a great day, all!

I know Portillo's! But then, we go to Chicago several times a year (well, until COVID, that is...). Also, we have one in Madison - and they're opening a second one here later this fall!
