Good morning everyone and happy Thursday. I am feeling bloated and gross. Food has been on point. I really feel like I am not drinking enough water. Hormonal issues aren't helping either. I wonder if its the Bare nuggets that I bought from Costco. I have been having them for lunch. 160 calories for 3 ounces, 9 carbs. I have been weighing out 5 ounces and cooking them in the airfryer.
I have been trying to do more self care things for myself. I am feeling frumpy. So, tomorrow I am going to have my eyebrows microbladed/microshaded. I am a bit nervous as I don't want to look like I have caterpillar eyebrows. I am excited!
QOTD- I joined a few months before my surgery. I still can't believe I had the surgery. Everyone was so helpful and kind to me on the boards.
Food for today-
1 c. black coffee with miralax ( beverage of champions)
Eggwich
fairlife protein shake
shredded chicken with salsa
LOTS of water and hot tea.

I had my eyebrows micro bladed about 2 years ago and it's been awesome. Warning, the "sound" is a bit intense and it hurts a bit but I will be doing it again when needed (it lasts a couple of years). Can't wait to see your new brows!

yesterday was a way better day at work, thank god.

e: did strength x power this morning.. my body is tired and happy for a few rest days as my work schedule and class time don't align for the next few days.. I'll probably sneak a run or two or three in though!
