Calling All Campers!!!
We are going camping this weekend. I have NEVER been and 100% avoid stepping on any/all grass .
i need help with food. What kind of things do i pack? Think super City slickers here. Can't make a fire, pitch a tent...walk on grass.
what am i doing???
Are you going to a campground? Usually they have areas where you can use a grill.

Did you lose a bet? I also am not a camper. If they have a grill, just remember to bring a frying pan that you can stick on it. Grilled bacon and eggs, yum. Outside of that, if there isn't a camp stove or grill option, lots of water and protein bars and jerky/sausage snacks. I would also bring hard cheese because it's fine without being fridged.

Most of my friends probably think that!! I am trying to figure out activities/hobbies that aren't super spreaders and camping felt like one of them.
but if i die from fear of grass it won't help

This is too funny lol!
After my parents n I snuck out of Communist Hungary totally illegally and dangerously... all we had was two hundred dollars( to survive on indefinitely) a tent and a car ( much more than most - the car situation at that time was you paid cash up front and ten years later the government would give you the car you paid for lol)
Because I didn't have a western passport or visa to America we ended up camping for over a year ... in the middle of Paris actually in the Bois de Boulogne park .... and eventually my parents got scared and we traveled far down the Silk Road to Asia which was super interesting.
I learned to cook Goulash on an alcohol stove before I went to first grade ... we bought fresh bread and cheese basically daily at the local outdoor market ... trust m you won't starve lol! And in America you can always buy a cheap cheeseburger just about anywhere for next 2 nothing .
my advice is take plenty of liquids with you like diet iced tea ... a comfy sleeping bag and air mattress to keep you off the ground and warm ... great hiking boots for the trails , a car phone charger and maybe a small backpack so you can hike and take a few supplies and a light jacket . A pot and tea bags and dried milk packages don't hurt either- it's really nice 2 have a hot caffeinated drink in the morning . It's gonna b FUN ! You'll see wildlife , enjoy fires and family no****ching screens but appreciating each other .... there's a lot of reasons people like to camp . ((((()))) tell us how it went please !
