JB, if that job does open up, I would walk out in a minute and let them find someone else to do four jobs. When I retired, they hired two people to do my job. A few months later, they asked if I wanted to come back as a contract worker. I did not.
I could not sleep last night and was looking for something to star****ching on Netflix. I think I will check out Lucifer as several of you mentioned it.

It's SO good. Tom Ellis does a FANTASTIC job. I would say give it a few episodes to truly gauge the characters, but once you do...it just grows on you. Highly recommend it. I did NOT expect to love it as much as I did. And towards season 4/5, there's a couple of scenes that I just cried and cried, because they were absolutely beautifully done. Not going to give anything away but cannot recommend enough!

Let it begin with me.
03/2009 - SW:261 GW 135 (CW:131)
Good morning! Nice to be back after the long weekend, though my email should make me think otherwise!! I like busy, not QJB currently busy, but I do like to juggle. I had a great day yesterday and got my re-plantings done, a little shopping and a lot of prep work for meals. Made a great dinner last night just so I could have something excellent to take to my girlfriend in step down care. I also made her some egg salad in case she doesn't feel like chicken and feta. She's starting to get pissed off about her situation, and I think that is a good thing. If she gets mad enough, she'll work harder to meet her physical therapy goals and get the hell out of there. I'm very interested to check in on her improvements from my last visit. So today is work, visit with her and then a chill evening.
QoTD: We are binging Lucifer right now, with little breaks to check out other things (Bobby and Giada in Italy!) We are just into season 4. It's fun, but it's so weird sometimes. Especially the throw back episodes that seem to come out of no where. We are looking forward to the Steve Martin/Martin Short Murder show too!
Menu:
B: 1 meatball, 1/4 C cottage cheese
L: chicken, feta, roasted garlic, broccolini and butternut squash
D: maui ribs, cauliflower risotto, fresh tomatoes
S: jerky? Yogurt? Maybe small glass of wine or an Old Fashioned. I shouldn't but man I enjoy that at night. We'll see.
Peace Everyone!

So good! My husband went off the rails and brought in a few other things that were decidedly NOT Italian (chili and velveeta dip with Fritos??? WTH??), but it was a super fun evening. The wine was fabulous and our friends brought so much we ended the evening with more than we started with! Then there was dessert and scotch around the mini bon fire. Not for me though. I think. I don't quite remember the dessert part! I'm positive on the scotch part though!
