Im glad to hear that you had such a great vacation! If you think of it, can you post a picture of your Steelhead? My son has been very interested in Steelhead since our Alaska trip.

G'morning all!
That coffee meme applies to me too. Have you guys seen the scene in big bang where Sheldon explains rock scissors Spock lizard theory and it creates the same 5 point star? It cracks me up every time it shows up in my feed.
Getting ready to leave the house. Have my COVID test this morning, hoping I get the results fast and that it's negative. Yesterday I uploaded the vaccine and passport to the airline's app and I have all green marks so fingers crossed all is good and I can travel. Don't know if you guys read during the weekend that EU is planning to stop US travelers to European countries. They are meeting on Thu, and I'm lucky I land on Thu.
I had a great weekend, celebrating our anniversary, and a great hike on Sat. I had never been to this specific place but the redwoods and the trail looked a lot like my usual run route. The elevation change though was steep, about 1600.
QOTD: I love landscapes, like Monet's flowers. I know it's considered basic but I get lost in all those flowers. At home we have a few John Pitre under the sea paintings. His play with light is beautiful.
My meals yesterday
- B: egg bites and cauliflower thins
- L: Philly cheesestake (no bread) + sweet potato fries
- S: L&F yogurt (apple caramel)
- D:skipped, still full from lunch
- E: rest day
Happy start of the week!

Good morning, everybody!
I stayed up late last nigh****ching mystery shows and old movies and then slept late. Fortunately, no calls this morning. I was a little sore towards the end of last week, so I got behind on working out. Hopefully, I can catch up today.
5 days until Money Heist comes back on Netflix. I don't think that anyone here watches it, but we are going to actually have to get Netflix this week so that we can binge watch it next weekend. The house that we rented in Florida had Netflix.
QOTD: We have a mix. William Turner is an artist that I really like.
Breakfast: Sausage and cottage cheese
Lunch: Hamburger
Dinner: hello fresh
Have a great day, all!

My sister is very educated about art. She used to be in charge of the artwork for the local hospital. She gets so upset with my choices in art. I pick things that go well with the colors in my room, usually canvas wrapped around a board with no frame.
When I find something I like, I usually keep it forever. If I do get tired of it, I make sure it goes to a good home where it will be loved.

I don't get being upset with someone else's art, as long as you are happy with it snd it's your house! I try to think of things as "not for me" vs being bad choices
