Good morning! It's expected to be another long, boring day at work. Not to worry, soon I'll be complaining about the crazy busy days. I just have to make it til 4. Then I have lots of fun on deck for this weekend. Tonight is dinner and drinks with fun neighbors. She's ordering bbq for delivery, so we just have to pour our on drinks and spend the evening on their deck. Their view is pretty great and if I remember, I'll grab a photo for next week. And then tomorrow we are driving to San Juan Capistrano to spend the night with another set of of good friends. The plan is to just flop about in the pool all afternoon and evening head home on Sunday.
My weight has stayed up pretty consistently by right about 3 pounds. This may be my new low normal for me. Bounce back and all that. It's not impacting my clothes or anything, but it has scared me off my nightly bite of chocolate!
QoTD: My gut reaction was grilled cheese. But, then I read fried chicken sandwich and went ohhhhhhhh. I don't eat sandwiches yet, just the innards. My restriction is still to great, and there is no room in there for bread. I'm still very much protein first.
Menu:
B: hb egg, 1/4 C cottage cheese
L: 2 oz chicken cutlet, 1/4 c refried beans, cabbage slaw
D: tbd, but it's going to be from the bbq place! Drool.
