I knew something had to be wrong when I did not see any post from you yesterday. What a nightmare. I am glad that she is in the hospital where they can take care of her until this is over.

Morning! Feel better QJB and Mel. Thinking good thoughts for you guys!

Yesterday was not long enough and I didn't get everything on my list done, but I continue to make progress. Love how everything is coming together. I think my husband will get all the wall hanging stuff back up today. That will be a nice treat to come home to. I was successful in creating a reading nook in the front porch for me. Looking forward to time to use that. And I did great on food. My weight is up, just a bit. I made Ahi salads for dinner last night, and the marinade for the ahi was essentially all sodium I think. Hoping that is what is driving the 11/2 pound up...that I just spent two weeks losing! Dang it.

QoTD: We have 3 niches in the shower. My husband gets 1/2 of one. The rest is taking up by me and now I've started a line on the shower window. I may need an intervention.

Menu:

B 3 oz rotisserie chicken breast, 1/4 C cottage cheese

L I have 2 options I brought and I'm craving both. -- I might go with the pork and bread cheese with avo today.

D roasted chicken leg meat and feta, broccolini, tomatoes and butternut squash

S yogurt or jerky

Peace Everyone!

Good morning~ I hope you feel better, QJB. I am having some anxiety about a million little things and the only way to take care of that is to deal with it, so I need to get to work.

QOTD - I have multiple products and treatments in there - it's like a salon really. You should see my after shower product line up! Rob has a bottle of shampoo and an old fashion bar of soap.

I have a question for you all - I'm getting fitted for running shoes Friday and have been researching brands and such - I'm curious - What brand and version/model/style do you swear by? Every brand has so many different ones. I'm looking at all brands, but kinda focusing on Brooks and HOKA mostly because of what I hear, but I am open to whatever they recommend. Thoughts?

Eats - same same - I love it, but I need to shake it up before I get bored

I know that this provides no help whatsoever, but...

In the 80's we wore these to High School and thought we were sooo cool.
