What's on your Sunday menu?

Good morning everyone. Hope that you're all doing well.
CT scan went ok and I already got the report. Nothing wonky with my pelvic region but the back stuff is mucked up. Has anyone ever dealt with vacuum disc phenomenon? Lots of other stuff. Calcification of a couple of herniated discs. Bone spurs and narrowing of disc space. I was in a really bad mood most of yesterday.
Nothing planned for today. That is a relief.
Feel free to add a QOTD as my mind is blank right now.
Menu is up in the air. No idea what it'll be.

I had a compressed disc. The bone doctor said he could fix it with a fifteen minute operation. He put some type of cement in the space that was compressed and the pain disappeared. It went from extremely painful to not hurting at all.
I hope this doctor has some answers for you.

Mornin' All!
it's a beautiful day today and will only be about 80 degrees F, so I'll probably go out on my bike sometime today. Other than that...???
I really need to rein in my eating. My calorie level has been too high most days this week. Fortunately, I've been doing a lot of exercising so it's not showing up on the scale, but I really don't want this higher level to become a habit (which it easily could if I let myself get used to it), or I'm going to be very sorry. This week is going to be tough because there are several meals out planned, but I need to control that and work really hard to stay at a lower level on the days I don't have anything. So...I've got work to do...
sorry to hear about your discs, Melody. Some disc degeneration comes with aging, but yours sounds much worse than just normal aging. I'm not surprised you've been in a lot of pain.
B: protein shake, coffee with half & half
MS: cheesecake-flavored yogurt pie with 1/4 diced mango
L: miso/chickpea spread on whole wheat bread with cucumber and tomato slices
AS: I really need to plan this well because this is my big problem area Maybe something that has fat and a lot of fiber (in addition to protein) - but I'm not sure what yet. Maybe a couple of babybel cheese things and some high-fiber crackers?
D: kidney bean curry on 1/2 a pita
have a great day, everyone!
good morning!
It's cool and drizzly here. I love that. I did well at the birthday party yesterday, and had a super light supper. My weight is still up a few pounds, but I'm just trying to keep making the best choices I can and hope it drifts downwards. I got a lot of stuff done in the yards yesterday, and today I am going to put the last of the patio back together. It was too wet yesterday morning to get around to that. I have nothing else on my agenda until lunch tomorrow. We'll see what today brings. I should figure out a menu and groceries for the week, at the minimum! Other than that, I would like to get in some reading time and maybe convince the hubs to go for a walk by the bay.
Menu:
B: egg and cheese
L:???
D: grilled pork chop, bread cheese, onion, avo
