What's on your Saturday menu?

Good mornin everyone. Hope you're all well.
I'm having 3 CT scans today. Really nervous about it...not the actual scan just the whole situation.
I was really smart yesterday and had something with egg in it. Now I'm very very itchy. The last back surgery I had is still numb around the incision. It's incredibly itchy. I have been using a pair of scissors to scratch parts of my shoulders. My nails are very short and just don't cut it.
Other than the CT scans nothing much is planned for the day. I hope to get a nap in but alas that seems unlikely. I try and can't get comfortable.
QOTD: What's the most useless talent you have?
I can literally kick myself in the ass with my left leg.
B: JUST egg, cheese, chicken sausage and coffee
L: probably a PP shake
D: stir fry with shredded chicken thighs
S: peach, 1/2 mango and ???

Mornin' Weekenders!
it's a yucky rainy day today, so it'll be indoor exercising for me! I'll head over to the gym later this morning and do weights - I may stay for Zumba if there's hardly anyone there - otherwise, they livestream it so I'll come home and do it if there are too many people there for my comfort. Otherwise, no plans. I may try to get some odds and ends done since next week will be kinda busy.
QOTD: I'm really good at finding obscure information (comes from years of being a librarian), although I'm not sure if that's a worthless talent. It could be helpful to some folks!
B: protein shake blended with kale and ice. Coffee with half & half.
MS: Greek yogurt with 1/2 diced mango
L: miso/chickpea spread on whole wheat bread with cucumber and tomato slices. Maybe coleslaw made with Asian-style dressing, too.
AS: grilled peach topped with vanilla Greek yogurt
D: Indian kidney bean curry topped with plain Greek yogurt. Maybe the coleslaw with Asian dressing again on the side
have a great Saturday, everyone!
Morning! Woke up to rain. That's a surprise. Help clean out the air. I had a glass and a half of wine last night that was not on my plan. Fun and yummy...but dang it. Today we have a first birthday party at noon and that's the only thing on the calendar for the weekend. Trying to come up with a fun menu and that will take some shop and prep time. Other than that, reading and puttering about the house putting things back in order. The awning went up yesterday. It's gorgeous. Pictures Friday.
QoTD: I can put my tongue out and reach about the lower middle of the top of my nose. I do not ever trot this party trick out in public.
Menu:
B: egg and cheese
L: TBD -- they are having bbq brought in I think
D: pork chop and bread cheese

Ha ha love Parmesan cheese so much too! Have you tried Parmesan petals? Super yummy! Well, it a disgustingly hot day, going up to 42 with the humidity. Got up early and took the dog for a walk, 8am and it was 27 degrees already. Overnight low is only 27 degrees! Anyhow, stopped for some fresh local produce on the way home. A bit more carby than I?d like but really good quality ones with the fresh stuff:
b - premier protein shake, sf vanilla iced coffee from McDonald?s
s - a large local ripe freestone peach in the car on the way home. So juicy and awesome
l - local corn on the cob with butter and salt, peaches and cherries
s - cherries
d - probably more corn on the cob, it?s so amazingly fresh. Might make sf almond cottage cheese pancakes since I need to use up the cottage cheese.
s - local field cucumbers peeled and sliced, dipped in super hot homemade salsa.
Too hot to do much so hiding inside with my dog, might head to the gym for weights and a swim later.

Useless talent OMG ?!!!
well I suppose attracting the worthless ex boyfriend would b called that lol!
He DID fix my broken window and swollen door ( and the cellar door that wouldn?t open ) for free ... so I shouldn?t complain.
Hopefully he?ll come help m with my sheetrock painting and electrical situation next week in the city .... and yes if you?re thinking a grrrl just USES a guy .... no never .....
I ate very low fat cold cuts today , a brioche and mustard . And a few raspberries , apples, and scallions from the garden.
