Late post, had to jump on a couple of calls this morning.

QOTD - San Antonio TX. If you don't like the weather, just wait. I guess it's either the drought that happens every year, or the inevitable flooding that seems to happen more and more frequently. This years SNOVID was just fantastic. I hate extreme weather, but, looks like everyone is experiencing it.

Breakfast - fasting so hot black coffee and water

Lunch - Going to a local Italian place for our director's bday! I will be having roasted garlic cloves with toasty bread, and a side salad. It's amazing. I can't do it justice, just know my stomach is ready for this.

Dinner - No clue. None. I have nothing planned, but I do have some lovely bread and chickpea salad in the fridge, and that sounds pretty good for a light dinner with some fruit on the side.

I also don't have much planned this weekend. My son wants a new drum set for this birthday that is coming up next week so I have made plans to meet up with a couple of people selling their drums on Craigslist and we will visit a couple of music stores that sell drums. I am also hoping to meet up with a lady who is selling her kayak on Craigslist. I want a regular (not inflatable) kayak. I priced out new ones but they are spendy so I have been stalking Craigslist in the hopes of finding a gently used kayak at a reasonable price. Even the used ones can be expensive.

QOTD: Here in eastern Washington state our worst weather tends to be snow storms that create icey driving conditions. Sometimes the roads are undrivable but mostly because the city does such a sh***y job of road clearing. You can't expect de-icer to clear several feet of new snow from the road!

L: chicken fajita meat with bell peppers

S: 2 slices deli ham, 1 slice cheese

D: LO irish stew (cauliflower no taters)
