QOTD: Pretty much anything with marshmallows like rice crispy treats, snow balls, etc. Though I do like a nicely cooked smore with Reese peanut butter cup, but that's only once or twice a year.

Now I do like cheese puffs and Cheetos but those suckers drag me down a rabbit hole so I try and stay away.

I wish there was a Costco near me as those dam tacos sound good.

Good morning~ I fantasize about calling in sick all the time. I hope you find sweet sleep soon! Work is up and down, leaning more toward settling one minute then -spoke to soon- the next, but it is getting better, I am breathing at least so JB I hope yours gets better asap!

Yesterday's QOTD got me thinking about running again - I really though I was over it - the aches, pains and the fear of injury but I really miss it - the breathing, the therapy, the high, the fatigue, the amazing sleep. I need to figure out how to build up again - I need to lose this weight but even at this weight, slow.... that is my goal now. I live in a good running neighborhood now, so there.

QOTD - Gummy stuff and Oreos. I don't get the hype! I don't like crunchy Cheetos but I do like cheese puffs. Little Debbie's? yes, bring on those greasy little oatmeal pies - I used to eat the whole box in another life.

G'morning all!

I am envious of whoever has sun in their skies. We haven't seen the sun in about a week. It's not smoke related, just fog. I am so sick of it. Usually mid August when the valley starts to cool down our fog goes away. But not this year. Our temps haven't touched the 70s almost all summer.

QOTD: never liked bday cakes and the frosting/cream that goes with it. That's why I don't like cupcakes either. The frosting makes me gag. And I'm a sweet tooth person. I was introduced to most of the following as an adult, so I apologize in advance if I'm offending anybody. I guess an adult's palate is more discerning? Not big on Cheetos (although the Trader Joe's version is not bad). Can't stand Doritos or peanut butter. If there is an apocalypse and there is only Doritos and PB left I will starve to death.

My meals yesterday (eggfast - day 2)

  • B: bullett coffe (1 egg)
  • MS: hb egg (1 egg)
  • L: deviled eggs (3 eggs)
  • S: eggfast style lime bars (1 egg)
  • D: egg soup (2 eggs)
  • E: 30 minutes cardio + 60 minutes weight training aaaand HIIT with DH (he is still alive and insisting)

Happy hump Day!

I used to buy cheese puffs because my cats loved them and begged for them. Of course I ate them too and had orange fingers when I was done. Have not eaten one in at least 20 years.

The only snacks I buy are Fiber One Chocolate Chunk cookies. OK for a snack but not good enough to want to eat another one.

Fish tacos sound good. Are they in the deli?
