I'm with the Queen JB today I need to get-r-done and get to work. I am doing all my work and all my buddies till he gets back on Friday so I'll be sparse this week and non existent next week because we will be vacationing and I won't be near a computer. I might pop in on my phone but I hate posing on my phone.

QOTD: Really did you need to ask. My house is a light brick I kinda say almost salmon and my front door is ORANGE.

Accountability: I did over eat but I did not eat bad food just a bunch of healthier food.

Good morning! Hope you are able to catch up on the day, QJB! I did have a fab weekend - I over shopped, over ate and over drank... Enough!!! Things are great - I have no excuse to say F it anymore. As for work - it will still be stressful for a while, but will eventually smooth out as well. I got this!

QOTD - our house is a light gray/blue with dark blue trim and front door. I love colorful front doors too! My sister has a bright red front door, it's stunning!

Good morning! It's my last morning by the lake this trip and I'm in my chair with coffee and a beautiful view. It's been very fun, but I'm ready to go home. Speaking of home, we stopped by yesterday to do a walk through on the paint and stucco work. Paint needs a bit more work and they need to clear out their debris pile. But the stucco! They did the touch up work in a different color! Seriously! That's next up on my agenda. Dealing with that. Not much going on today but I would love to finish this book I'm deep into. Cold Mountain. It's a lot of mouthfuls of words, but ultimately it's beautifully written.

QoTD: old colors, peachy sand with bright turquoise front door. Loved that door. Now, soft brown, midnight blue trim, cape cod blue doors. Loving the colors. Except for the aforementioned spots that are no longer matching. Grrrrrr.

QOTD- I would love a gray house with white trim and a bright blue door. But currently it is tan with brown trim. But it will only be mine for a couple more weeks.

Now for the update: I've decided to take my horse with me to Maui. I have the Vet scheduled for 3:15 today for his Coggins Test and vaccine that he needs. I have a call into the shipping company, waiting for a return call. They have a flight on 9/8 from LAX, so I need to get transport to there. I'm also looking for a place to board him, I made 3 calls yesterday but since it was Sunday maybe a couple will respond today. I've also asked my realtor to see if she knows of any place. I'm hoping she will know of something as she is a sixth generation Maui native I think she will be my best bet.

My Mom thinks I'm crazy, but she thought that I was crazy to get him in the first place. But she does understand, he's been such a big part of my life for so long. I really couldn't trust that anyone else would take care of him and spoil him the way that I do. It's only money... He'll have stories to tell at the barn about his adventures.

I spent all weekend sorting and packing. I do see the end in sight but it's still a ways away. This weekend we will rent a trailer and do a combined dump run with my roommate. The movers are coming on 9/2 at 9:30 and my flight is 9/3 @7AM so this is really happening.

I have a dermatologist appointment tomorrow, been waiting for awhile. And I'm sure there is lots of sunscreen in my future, I hope she doesn't find anything serious.
