QOTD - I guess the new "toy" is all my access at work. So much access to so much stuff. WAY too much. LOL
Breakfast - fasting, so hot black coffee and water
Lunch - Not sure, but hubs taking me somewhere so as usual, something veggie, something yummy
Dinner - Thinking a repeat of naan with guac and hummus, strawberries and blueberries. It's just easy and filling.

G'morning all!
JB - I would love for you to join me on the eggfast. But I have a question. Am I supposed to do this more than 5 days? I don't think I can handle more than 5 days. I use an instant pot and hb 14 eggs at a time.
We are in need of "thoughts and prayers" for DH. He keeps insisting with the HIIT practices with me on the two days he works from home. We have shaved down our pace from 7:30 to 6:50 during the 30 seconds speed intervals and I am amazed that he is still alive and I haven't killed him yet. Hence the thoughts and prayers for him that he keeps living and I don't kill him in the process.
QOTD: does new yarn count? I am working on a new secret project and very excited about it. Mid project I ran out of a certain color and panicked. Amazon to the rescue and got the yarn last night. Phew!
My meals yesterday (egg fast - day 2)
- B: bullet coffee w/1 egg
- L: egg loaf (2 eggs)
- S: egg custard (1/2 egg)
- D: egg salad (3 eggs)
- E: 30 minutes cardio + 50 minutes weight training AND 25 minutes HIIT
