What's on your Wednesday Menu?

I was told at least by the MRI tech that certain leads can and do work but something about mine is to low. I haven't really a clue what the hell that meant. My stimulator has an MRI mode and it would've worked with this certain machine. They say there might be one in Lubbock but I doubt it...it's not much bigger than us though it is a major university town.
I will be honest. I'm not impressed with my neurosurgeon. He didn't talk to me right before the surgery for the stimulator nor after. Just not impressed and he was the only one that would take new patients that accepts Medicaid.

I ate literally a handful of half-cooked salty Mexican big corn yesterday and nothing else - except drinking my meals .
I don?t want to turn into a typical California chick - I know a lot of grrrlz like Tara Reid - that 95 lb woman eats three shrimps a day , a bite of salad and drinks all the rest of her calories in the form of ****tails.
I?m once again at a very healthy (normal for me post WLS ) weight ... ( about 130 at 5?9 1/2)
I can and do totally rock a sports bra and teeny spandex shorts ( and self designed platform sneakers to make my legs look even longer lol) .
That?s my favorite outfit literally so I don?t look that bad ! I can even rock a bikini flat footed on the beach :) ...
I don?t want 2 become like my Mother who has to b begged 2 eat . Like her I have pretty much zero appetite now and not eating all day yesterday was an eye opener. I even purchased ready made food and left it in the car overnight untouched !
Plan today - yogurt and fat free milkshake w fruit or just chai ginger tea w milk . Nibbling on Chinese food from car (. Chicken breast w broccoli pretty much ) Usually the cats eat 9/10 of it .
exercise - believe it or not I feel like a run ... only lack the equipment. I?ll figure it out .
It would feel great to clean out my sinuses and finally sweat a little - and there?s a beautiful 10 mile waterside park to run n rollerblade in literally steps from my home .

I am so excited today, I only have 3 hours of meetings....that's not even a half day worth so I can actually do work. It's incredible! We do have some work drama going on but I'm not involved in it so just sitting with my popcorn, watching, lol.
QOTD - yes! When my BFF and I were in Utah, we did a class called Melt, which is about soft foam rolling for lymphatic massage; I really liked it and I just had it delivered; they have classes on demand so I'm signing up for a month this weekend and can't wait to try it at home. I have a love hate relationship with the usual foam roller but I really liked the instructor's theory that you shouldn't have to put yourself in pain to get out of pain. The foam roller is about 3 feet long....but the box it came in was about 6 feet, so that was funny.
menu today

Good Morning!
I went to workout class last night.. and then again this morning and that was a mistake. While I am super happy to have worked out today.. my hammies and quads are destroyed.. and I still have an 8 hour workday to get through this afternoon..
I've decided that there are some aspects of my new job that I really don't love so I will be stepping away from it & sticking with my old job. Working two jobs takes away too much time from the things I like to do (such as workout and craft) and I want to live my life now instead of waiting for retirement - While I am saving to live till 90 I don't want to miss out on things in my 30s that I am currently capable of because come 60 who knows what I'll be capable of. I make enough money at my old job to sustain my lifestyle and provide enough money to do fun **** let's not rock that boat anymore!
QOTD: I just picked up some more embroidery thread and I'm working on a new cross stitch.. I want a Cricut so flipping bad.. but they're expensive so I'll have to save for one!
b: fairlife latte
S: yogurt, honey, peaches, granola
l: shredded chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, salsa, yogurt

I'm working 3-11 today and I'm always worried about meal timing since I still get up at the buttcrack of dawn.. so who knows.

Learning my new normal, one day at a time.
You have the philosophy of my late father. He made sure we vacationed every year. He and my mom went to the Caribbean every year for there anniversary after we were old enough to fend for ourselves. He always said if I wait till I retire I won't be able to enjoy the food and activities because I'll be to old and probably have eating restriction due to health issues. He said do things when your young so you don't miss out. So glad he instilled that in me.
