Oh I really hope the results comes out your way JB ! ((())))

I?m still debating getting Covid tested - at least to get antiviral meds if I?m positive that help lessen the long term damage .

My nose is running - but that happens whenever I eat so .... breakfast- leftover Chinese chicken soup w white meat chicken breast , carrots cabbage - very healthy feeling about two cups . Chai tea w skim milk .

lunch - probably more Chinese takeout leftovers - chicken w broccoli , inside of an egg roll, boneless rib tips ( really very lean pork in sweet sauce )

dinner - hope to finally eat that lite Caesar salad w fat free croutons and shaved Parmesan cheese

exercise - finishing massive City garden design project ( pics tomorrow) . My back is KILLING me - I finally broke down and bought a back support! Doesn?t help that the homeowner is planting everything in massive pots without a wheel underneath or the plants being in the correct place grrr. And then she waters everything making it twice as heavy lol.

I swim laps whenever I can which is usually for about an hour with the ?rents every other day in Florida in their massive gorgeous heated waterfront pool .

I?m working on making my pool in Long Island solar heated and greenhouse protected to extend the season ( trying to make the house mortgage- free right now it?s not exactly a priority) .

Two great beaches within close walking distance though - one a protected cove with tame swans - not really exercise able but quite romantic ( and usually deserted ) .

I don?t really like braving the ocean waves to swim long lengths - and I worry about sharks constantly lol... I guess in my own mind I'm a tasty bite .... heh heh

I vote to get the test. It's usually free and you can self quarantine if its positive.

Good morning, everybody!

I sat down to my computer at about 8:15 to type this and then read about Charlie Watts having to take off the Rolling Stones U.S. tour because he is recuperating from an illness. Which sent down a 30 minute rabbit hole of Let it Bleed song lists and Mick Taylor autobiography. Now it's 8:45 and I have to hustle because I have a 9:00 call.

JB, I'm not sure of the efficacy of your open sourced ultrasound analysis, but I'm hoping that once your doctor takes a look at that you get a clean bill of health.

Marilyn got out the pressure washer and washed all of our families cars. Which was awesome, until another part of it broke. So I am back to having pressure washer repair on my to do list. Also, I may need to help my son put step up bars on his truck sometime in the next 4 days. That seems like a pretty easy job.

QOTD: I have the swimming willingness of a six year old. And I will swim in the ocean in Massachusetts. Put cold water on the undersides of your forearms and it helps you to adapt to the temperature, supposedly.

Breakfast: Protein Bar

Lunch: Pizza

Dinner: TBD

Have a great day, all!

Lol lol !

My Dad tells me to take cold showers every day lol WHY ???!!!

he DOES say it tightens the skin and toughens you up for a cold pool... but torture's not my thing . If the pool's cold I recuperate in the Jacuzzi... :)

I debated getting tickets for that show and decided against it. The last time I saw them was the tattoo you tour and I was afraid there age would not hold up to the memories of that tour. Kinda glad I didn't buckle and buy them now.

We went about 10 years ago and they sounded great. It was a football stadium, so I couldn't really tell about the energy level on stage.
