Helllooooooo my loves! Sorry for the forthcoming rant but yesterday was the WORST. I know that just a few days ago I was begging for my assistant to go on an early maternity leave, but today it happened (she's fine, btw), and there is no plan for getting support in her absence.

You know how I said I was over tired and thought I would laugh all day? Nope. I literally cried. I had to cancel my sick day today and I have to log in at least an 8 hour day after my doctor's appointment. I also had to cancel my vaca on Friday and Monday. Booooo. I really really needed a break.

Ok, off to the ultrasound & biopsy this morning. Send me ALLLLLLL the good mojo please! I won't know anything today but I'm still nervous nonetheless.

QOTD: What is your favorite comedy show (any time period!): I just love 30 Rock. I am sooooooooo Liz Lemon. I think I have seen every episode 20 times and they never disappoint.

Food was good at work, but Grim took me out for more fish tacos last night (yesss!), but dammit.... I was so stressed that I had half a plate of fries. Oops.

B: Protein Coffee & Costco Egg Bite

L: Spinach Salad with Steak & Goat Cheese

D: Leftover Fish Taco

Good mornin JB and I'll be keeping you in my thoughts today! Hope it goes smoothly and quickly!

my appointment with the pain clinic was moved to this afternoon. The np called yesterday to talk and the doctor wasn't there yesterday but will be today and she wanted to be able to talk with her about my case...yikes. I also have an appointment with my psychiatrist after lunch. I don't know what to expect because I'm really exhausted and my brain isn't acting ok. I know a huge aspect is the lack of sleep. The lack of sleep is due to pain and anxiety. Mostly pain. So there isn't much that she can do really. Maybe switch up my med for insomnia? I'm just so over my health ****

that's about all my day entails I hope. Napping doesn't really happen...I hope it will but it never really happens.

qotd: the first 5 seasons of MASH.

I literally have no clue about food.

Hope things get better Mel. DH has some of the same issues, but our church family really seems to keep him keep busy and gives him relief from thinking about the pain and anxiety. Hope you have a good Church family.

QOTD: George Lopez or Frasier. Some of the best comedic writing everrrrrr

you got this JB!

im a mess. I'm exhausted. Almost positive my irons so low what Inhave in me doesn't even count as blood. May, or may not have, already eaten a box of pop tarts this week(thankfully not a family size!)

i was planning to get back to the gym this week but dr Google suggested giving my iron a week to kick in. Probably a good idea since i can barely function.

for the rest of the week I'm not planning my food just eating protein forward and going from there.

i need someone to come raise me, I clearly can't.

I didn't. My doctor doesn't seem to do that. Last

time i had my ferritin /iron checked it was 5&13.
now I live in a very rural area and no one wants to touch me at all.
