One of the amazing things about being old and living alone is that when I get tired, I just take a nap. No drama and no struggle to keep going. I pace myself, take breaks, and if I am doing something and get tired, it can just wait until tomorrow and I will fini**** then. No deadlines anymore and nobody to tell me that I have to keep going.

QOTD - I get silly, laugh, and cry. That's when I am physically exhausted. Mentally, if I don't take a break it will physically manifest into a migraine. UGH!
Breakfast - fasting so hot black coffee and water
Lunch - veggie pizza (again!) it's my boss's 40th bday.
Snack - fruit, popcorn
Dinner - last night with kids, so penne pasta with alfredo, peas, cheesy garlic bread and pickled cukes.
