Whats on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu?
Mernin errybody!
Happy Friday! I survived the first week!
QOTD - finally replaced the mint green Fiat, (that was totaled in April). I got a new VW Jetta, (VW still makes standard transmission vehicles). It's a dark smoky metallic gray, and I love it.
Breakfast - hot black coffee, water (fasting)
Morning snack - someone brought TACOS! I had half a papas ranchera, it was divine!
Lunch - trying to convince husband to go to local Asian place, I want bao with fried tofu! (didn't get it the other day)
Snack - pear and cheez its
Dinner - No idea, we have spaghetti leftovers but...we have kids so I need to think of extra stuff
Hope everyone has a great weekend!
Christina

Hello Everyone,
Happy it is Friday. Although I did have a good week at work. I am liking my new job with the bariatric surgery group. It is interesting talking with the new bariatric patients and seeing long-term outcomes. There are certainly a variety of weight loss outcomes. I love seeing those patients who have maintained their weight loss over the years. Just like many of you have! It is inspiring, as we all know its keeping the weight off that is the hard part.
QOTD: Well I have a white car and a maroon truck. The white car is kinda boring since it is on a 2004 Crown Victoria. The Maroon truck is pretty.
