Thanks. That you experienced this makes me feel better. It,s hard getting enough protein down. I really want to eat veggies and fruit but know I have do protein first.
Everybody's different. It took me a long time to progress through the different food stages. Rule of thumb was if you can't tolerate it just concentrate on proteins (liquid) and water. Then when you feel better test the waters again. This too shall pass.

Yes, I'm finding I have to go slow, solid protein is very difficult for me, so cottage cheese and the like work better. I do remember the doctor and staff said don't ru**** and just eat what I tolerate. I am supposed to get 90 grams of protein but I have trouble getting that much in.

Keep an eye on your hydration levels. I felt queasy in my first months when I was not adequately hydrated. Which was a terrible loop because being dehydrated made me not want to drink, which made me feel queasy... which made me not want to drink...

food yesterday was essentially what i said it would be, leftover turkey meatloaf, egg whites, dinner was bbq pork, had yogurt for snack and some watermelon
Food for today:
egg whites/turkey sausage/low carb tort
leftover pork
Leaving for dentist appt and will get iced coffee with almond milk
run errands/then sister coming over
