Good morning, everyone!!

my computer is super slow today. Not sure what the problem is but I just restarted and it doesn?t seem to help. Uggh.

Did anyone see the story about the Kansas City maternity nurses who Knit the Olympic outfits for the babies in the maternity ward? So cute!!

QOTD: As much as I would like to claim it is the lingerie/bikini coffee place on the west coast, I have actually never been there. Although I may need to post a picture for clarification. I haven?t been drinking much coffee lately, but when I have it?s been Starbucks.

breakfast: sausage and cottage cheese

lunch: chicken

dinner: I?m at a nonprofit meeting, so appetizers most likely

have a great day all!

In Spokane WA, they have topless drive up coffee places. Apparently it's a thing there. Imagine our surprise...

ha!! I was with him and two other guys when we randomly picked the coffee hut on our way towards Montana. It was eye opening even without me getting any caffeine!

It wouldn't be a good business model for Chicago winters.

Good Morning JB and Menuers,

Sounds like your in a good place emotionally JB and that is definitely something to hang your hat on. Your doing great girl. this will all be over soon.

Need more coffee. Just realized going out on a school night is not conducive to a good morning for old people. Oh my run took so long this morning. I did stop and walked with a couple walkers to catch up with them since I been blowing by with just a wave as I finished the Elvis 100. I been cleaning up my time and what I mean by that is I been trying to get faster times and clearing out the previous times on the virtual run that were higher. I am trying to get them all to be under a 10:30.

QOTD: OK we have an awesome Keurig here at work and company pays for coffee. They bring in a French roast that I love. If I am out and want a Hot coffee and one is near I go with a Tim Hortons for Dark roast but my second choice for hot is Sheetz French roast. If I am going Iced I do McDonalds with there sugar free French Vanilla. They have no other SF flavors.

I have to do Meal Train this evening. When a member of the church is recovering from surgery and needs a meal they sign up and take them meals to help out. Tonight is my night.

Accountability: Ended up doing dinner at my brothers so I had ribs and he had mashed Potatoes. I have not had them in ages and It was only a spoon full. At top golf I had 2 spike Arnold Palmers, 1 nacho, 2 wings and some buffalo chicken dip.

I really believe the lump on the neck is going to turn out to be a non-event. I hope I am right.

I never really cared for coffee. My parents percolated it for about 30 minutes and it was strong and thick. When I grew up and tasted decent coffee, I was worried about calories so only drank it black. I never got into the fancy coffees because it was a cup of too many calories.

I drank a lot of Coke. About 120 or more ounces per day. I remember arguing that the company provided free coffee and should provide free soda for non-coffee drinkers. I worked a twelve and a half hour shift in the data center. It started at 7:30 PM and we worked until 8:00 AM. There were seven people and we all drank Coke all night. Real Coke, not diet. The caffeine and sugar kept us going all night. This was back when Coke decided to make their drink taste like Pepsi and we were not happy with New Coke. We switched to Pepsi until Coke brought back their original formula.

Real life begins where your comfort zone ends
