Not sure if it's an option for you but if Delta 8 is legal in your state you should do some research and consider it

I have read it helps a lot.

Unfortunately, even if it's legal, when drug tested, it shows as THC. and it would last in the body for 30 days or even more.

Some people get drug tested at work, some get drug tested in their PM doc office. Unfortunately stigma of MJ use is still ongoing. If someone get a work- accident, and tests showed positive for THC, they may get denied work related treatment and get fired. Very unfortunate.
Our workmancomp insurance doesn't allow us to hire anyone who tested positive for drugs, even just traces of THC. Our temp agency workmancomp insurance doesn't allow them to get anyone on payroll who tested positive for any drugs.

It sucks. But that's the "drug free" workplace reality.

Ear infections are awful and I hope the medicine is helping. There is an over the counter medicine called Swim Ear that really helps me, but if it gets to the infection stage, then I need a doctor.

Thanks!! Swim ear usually helps kick it but not this time. It's so annoying to try and space out the antibiotic that has to be taken twice a day and no calcium or iron within two hours but I've it planned out.

Mernin' errybody. It's Monday, and I'm flying solo like a baby bird!

QOTD - nope.

Breakfast - fasting so hot black coffee and water

Lunch - pizza with hubs. Half veggie for me, half pepperoni for him. I am way too excited about this pizza.

Snack - fruits, whatever I can find here at the office.

Dinner - having dinner with a friend who is coming in from Dallas, and I haven't seen her in almost 2 years, so I am beyond thrilled! I have no idea where we are going, but I am just happy to be in her presence and catch up!

I hope you all have a great day!

G'morning menu fam!

JB - Happy you are getting the lump looked at. And very sorry you had to work through the weekend to do somebody else's job. It shouldn't be this difficult to get rid of irresponsible employees.

We have DD home and it's been great. Yesterday we drove around to her old stomping grounds and had a long walk on the beach. She said she misses the smell of the ocean and salt. She also misses some of my baking so this week will be really hard for me to stick to the program with all the sweets around the house. I'm going through butter and flour like it's nobody's business.

QOTD: definitely. Gymnastics, swim and diving have been always our favorites. This year with addition of skateboarding and surfing DH is in heaven. He said he finally feels seen. Last night was fun watching DD and DH oohing and aahing over girls skateboarding. The Brazilian was 13 years old and she was so good.

My meals yesterday

  • B: coffee & homemade lemon blueberry scone
  • L: Kung pao chicken (skipped the rice)
  • S:
  • D: gnocchi in tomato sauce (had only a couple)
  • E: rest day

Have a great day!
