Good Morning JB and Menuers,
Running late today because I had a Doctors appointment with my PCP this morning and everything is in check. He also admitted that of all of his patients who have had WLS that I have been the most successful. I told him about the tread and how it keeps me in check. Without you guys don't know if I could keep it up on my own. Also I think the not having kids has a lot to do with it. Being able to focus on myself without having to run around probably has a lot to do with it. However the 82 year old Mom does keep me on my toes. I found out she never showed up for her last appointment, I was not even aware that she had one. Yikes.
Today I have to take a meal to one of the ladies at church. I am on the meal train so when someone is in need everyone takes turns taking a meal. I called yesterday and told her I was bringing ham and bean soup, Chicken salad with croissants to make sandwiches, and a couple brownies and cookies for a treat. She was so excited. She said she has only gotten greasy and fat ladened meals so she was excite to hear my menu.
QOTD: The first day of this Job I went home crying. I didn't even know how to turn on a computer. Thank was 1996. She was not nice. After a short year as my boss I was promoted so I did not have to deal with it for too long. She was let go not long after that.

quick and late post for me. I decided to go to urgent type care place this afternoon and they will do a covid test also. waiting for that to make sure I'm ok. I'm out of the quarantine window anyway.
Hoping its just a cold or infection
food has been weird today, making myself eat stuff
yogurt, shake, chicken with veggies
probably soup or shrimp for dinner
QOTD: yes my first job was at eckerd drugs and I worked in the photo lab, front cashier and sometimes in pharmacy. The photo lab manager was a very dirty old man who used to show is dirty pics he would develop. looking back now- it was sexual harassment.
