Whats on your Tuesday Menu?

Good morning and happy Tuesday! JB, sorry the doctor can't see you; I wonder if they are busy because everyone is catching everything now that we're out in the world again? Being tech support for the older generation can be hard. The craziest argument I ever had with my aunt was about attempting to help her with technology.
QoTD - no. I have had some bad bosses but none that scared me. Definitely a few that I still use as my what not to do examples though!
I'm starting at 430 today again, leaving mid day for a TRX class. I think I have to do one call from the parking lot at the gym but it will be worth it; then more meetings and a flight this evening. I think I have one call from the airport too -- lot of stop/starts today.
menu today
coffee plus half and half
protein oatmeal
jalapeno sausage
yogurt
probably a cliff bar or something like that for dinner
Have a great day everyone!

Good Morning! HAPPY SURGIVERSARY!! I think my new coworker is going to do really well. I'm looking forward to getting to know her. Today is hubby's birthday so I hope I don't have to work too late. JB- I hope the person you had the rough meeting with turns things around if needed. I hated having those "crucial conversations".
QOTD: I can't think of any that scared me. Your story sounds horrible! I've had some "bad" bosses but nothing even close.

Is having the new co-worker less stressful because you have someone to help out, or more stressful because you are training them and doing your job?

Whyyyyyyy do I have to pay so long for one night out? I am still so sore from Dancing at the wedding. I still need like 40,000 hours of sleep.
i have never had a mean boss. I don't think. I'm super laid back so some managers others had a problem with Injust never did.
food
coffee(1 cup but i need lots more)
shake
turkey and a string cheese
dinner: im Not really sure. I want soup but it sounds like
more than I want to do
I probably would have gone to an urgent care if I had to wait a week. My doctor encourages his patients to use urgent care if he cannot see them right away. I relate to being "little" but "big". I remember working on a security issue with a former military officer. I guess I made a lot of demands and finally traveled to the site in person. I remember the guy looking at me and remarking that I sounded "taller" on the phone.
