What's on your Tuesday Menu?
I have learned that one of the secrets of feeling like I am walking or running on air, is to weigh my sneakers on my digital scale. Most sneakers weigh about a pound each. I wear a brand called Propet and most of their styles weigh about four ounces each. The lighter the shoe, the easier it is to lift your foot.
New Balance used to make a shoe for water sports that was wonderful. I wore out quite a few pairs of them doing water aerobics. They had tons of support and a system where the water flowed out holes in the soles They no longer make those and I never found anything as good.
Real life begins where your comfort zone ends

Breakfast - fasting, hot black coffee and water
Lunch - repeat of yesterday. Couscous bowl, airfried tofu, blueberries, mixed veggies, tomatoes, avocado, with dressing made of liquid aminos, italian dressing and ACV
Snack - nectarine, and a strawberry bar
Dinner - sweet potato and salad
