Sauconys are so cute but they never fit my tiny feet quite right. I am impressed that you do a daily walk at work. Yesterday my coworker and I talked about doing that together every day, and I hope we will actually make it happen!

Qotd. I only wear sandals. I have some that have good soles and are secure on the feet foe walking.
On the menu. Shake, Tuna Salad, Eggs. Feeling kind of blah today. I have nothing planned except to clean out a closet, and take to the curb or donations. Weight has stalled, I am still in that three week stall I have hears so much about. There is no way I can not be losing fat.

The 3 week stall is like a rite of passage! Glad you are not frustrated by it--just keep doing what you are doing and it will show up on the scale eventually.

Good morning!!!!
Today is travel day home from CT. Can't wait for it to be over. Yesterday the only thing I ate the entire day was a boneless fried chicken breast. I will wing it through today and be able to do a better job with protein tomorrow.
QoTD: I have more than a few pair of Keds.
Menu: literally no idea.
Peace Everyone!!
