What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu?

Helloooooooo Friday! Friday certainly has new meaning since RTW (return to work). I am still enjoying the return more than I thought I would, but the commute is really tiring!

I have to report on something I was shocked about yesterday. I have a few coworkers who I literally did not recognize because of their weight gain. There are at least two people who probably gained 100 lbs and it took me a few minutes in the same meeting to realize who they are. I really feel for everyone who has dealt with so much over the last year and now have one more hurdle to overcome.

QOTD: If you had a few million dollars to start up a non-profit that does good in the world, what would you do? I would start a nonprofit that allowed inner city schools to apply for extreme building facilities upgrades to make the buildings a modern place for student learning. I would love to give inner city kids a beautiful place to learn.

Ok, eating at work is still too weird. I have had less than 1/4 of the total calories this week than I had been eating at home. And I am moving SO MUCH MORE. Less time for formal exercise but so much more natural movement. I logged 22 fights of stairs yesterday on my Apple Watch! I haven't weighed in this week yet (trying to do that less) but I am hoping to see the results on Sunday.

Oh I forgot that I wanted to do a before & after Photo Friday today! This is a pre-op pic with a friend..probably about 12 years ago? Then a pic of me & Maryann in Paris 3 years ago. I have gained a bit since the Paris pic, but I wore the same outfit to work yesterday so it still fits, at least, lol.

Oh that meme hits close to home! Geeez!

My day will be all kids all day. This'll be the last day for a week as they are going on vacation. I'm really exhausted.

Really not much planned for next week though.

QOTD: I'd like to start something for the holidays for senior citizens. We used to have one in our area and we still may but it's very small. So many of them are just forgotten about but it's important to let them know they are thought about.

B: JUST egg, cheese, sausage and coffee before

L: the lower carb frozen dinner I meant to have yesterday

D: zero clue as to what I'll have

S: popcorn, fruit and cheese

Yay for Friday!!! Today should be a good day at the virtual office and then it's the weekend, yay! Monday and the holiday seem so far in the past.

QOTD - I would make significant donations to Alice's Kids, PP, Food Bank of the Rockies and the scholarship program at my local science and natural history museum. Not having done NP work before, it would have a bigger and faster impact through organizations I currently support.
