My son gets them from Petco if he can't find a better deal. He says he sometimes finds them at Job Lot for $10 less: https://www.petco.com/shop/en/petcostore/product/everyyay-as sorted-scratcher-couch-cardboard-for-cats

G'morning all!
DH's company was, I think, the only one in Silicon Valley who asked employees to be back as soon as the vaccines came out. To begin with was a rotation of one week at work, 3 weeks WFH. Then it was 2 weeks at work and 2 weeks WFH, and yesterday they asked everybody to be at work full time. The glitch for us is that he had always WFH on Tue & Thu before all the craziness, due to his commute. But after COVID a lot more employees wanna do that and the execs are trying to discourage that. So he had a talk with them yesterday reminding them of his previous schedule and that if they don't allow him to go back to his 2 days a week WFH schedule that would be a show stopper. We shall see what the decision is next week.
QOTD: no specific plans except for watching the town's parade that is called "the shortest parade in the world!" We used to rotate amongst 3-4 families for a 4th party but like everything else that fell apart during the last couple of years. One family who is British and moved here from UK about 15 years ago always joked that they couldn't believe they were forced to throw a party for Americans celebrating their independence from THEM!
The pic from a couple of yrs ago is the banner the town puts up proudly for our shortest parade.
My meals yesterday
- B: fast
- L: 2 slices of Turkey meatloaf
- S: keto fudge bite
- D: Creamy toscano cheese & grapes
- E: 5.5 miles jog
Happy Fri-yay! And happy 4th to all the Americans on here.

Good morning - Sorry to hear you are sad about the WFH! I know it works well for some people, just not me. I need structure and separation. Still super foggy with allergies today but I slept better last night. Today is a short day for me since I've worked so many hours already this week. I can't wait to get this 3 day weekend started. So much to do!
I'm back at my signature weight after a crappy spike and I'm feeling better. I need to be as busy as possible to stay on track. I don't have an issue with skipping meals, like ever. I always seem to make time to eat! Being busy keeps me from obsessing about food or snacking though so the more structured and scheduled I am the better. Haven't eaten the 'planned' snacks all week so I will say that is success.
QOTD - We always stay home on the 4th because of the cat/dogs/fireworks. We'll BBQ, the kiddo will come over maybe take a crack at that unsolved cold case finally, Scrabble or something like that.

Jamie Banks - it was the one on the link you sent me, so I figured I'd start there. Have you done this one?
