Yes! Yesterday in the office, I was so compliant! Today at home, instead of my planned lunch of soup and salad, I ate a slice of Swiss cheese and handful of peanuts. UGH!
Sheila can testify that I have like a billion favorite true crime podcasts to recommend! Where to start?
- Bear Brook
- The Clearing
- In the Dark
- Root of Evil
- Dirty John
- S-Town
- Forgotten Women of Juarez
- Crimes of the Century
I could go on and on and on and on........!
Oooh, I haven't listened to the Juarez Women. Adding that to the list.
And yes, JB is the fountain of info about murder mystery podcasts. I was poo pooing podcasts and she slowly indoctrinated me.

Good morning, everybody!
My son liked the Colorado, so I think that we are done with test driving. Woo Hoo! It's not so much the actual test driving as trying to extricate ourselves from the dealership when its over. But now we have to develop a plan to get the truck we want, which is up in Wisconsin.
After the test drive we went for horseradish crusted filet and it was delicious.
I went ahead and booked my trip to North Dakota on Friday. It will be my 50th state. We are just going for two days to hike and check it off the list.
QOTD: I've tried to avoid candy after surgery, but I would say milk chocolate
Breakfast: sausage and cottage cheese
lunch: Mahi burger
Dinner: TBD - may be in Wisconsin
Have a great day, all!

My daughter traded her Tacoma for a Colorado early this year. She loves it.

That's interesting, we started with Tacoma but they were so expensive. I think my son likes the way that the Colorado drives the best.
