Seems like Everest is a program on treadmill, so a virtual walk/hike.

TRX is a Workout.

Sheila is right - i use the iFit training program with my elliptical and rowing machines -- the big challenge for June for the elliptical/treadmill was a set of 18 work outs while the trainers went from Lukla to Everest base camp. Even the "rest" sessions were killer but the views were good. TRX is one of my favorite workouts - essentially a rope support that lets you do a variety of body weight exercises like handstand push-ups or planks with your feet suspended. I love it the best!

You are badass. I only got a little less than 1/2 way through Everest and it was not fun. I will keep going--but now that my treadmill has moved to a room with no AC, its going to have to wait!

hi all

well I think Im going to start to log my food till at least sunday when we go on vacation, my weight is not dropping like im wanting.

QOTD: I sold everything but never lemonade. We always did bake sales at church, that cake chair thing, selling at flea markets, selling crap for school AND church. I was always selling something, strange, as this is how it is now.

food choices will be limited till sunday so i will be cobbling meals together.

I have: eggs, cheese, chicken strips, stir fry veggies, yogurt, SF whipped cream, coffee, protein drinks, milk

Supposed to close on the TN house sale thursday, just waiting on confirmation. also, a close friend passed over the weekend. he was the person we went to his house to play all those board games when we lived in the last house. I'm so sad why can't people just live forever?

sorry to hear about your friend. That seems to be happening more and more the older I get - it's shocking and tough. I'm starting to feel relieved that I'm still around!!!
