What's on your Monday Menu?
Good Morning,
Had a nice weekend despite the excessive heat. Yesterday my daughter and I went to a nearby lake to try out our new standup paddle board and inflatable kayak that I had bought at the beginning of the season. So much fun but I couldn't believe how hard it was to balance on the SUP. I took a fall into the water because I couldn't get my balance. I am determined to conquer the board!
QOTD: we keep the birthday and other special day cards that my kids or husband makes. We buy store bought cards for extended family but for the immediate family we make our own. cards. Otherwise I am not super sentimental.

It's hard to get used to your new body spatially. Keep doing things with balance challenges like that and it well help. I realized how important it is to rebalance when the door shutting knocked me down three steps to the garage, lol

Hey everyone. I have a pretty strong request for those that wouldn't mind.
