Hello Everyone! Welcome back to Monday! You ready? I am as ready as I can be, but I am geared up for a very intense week!!!!

I put in a lot of hours this weekend to get caught up, but I am still concerned about what I have to get accomplished this week. About 1/4 of our total hires have a contract start date of 7/1 (which is Thursday!). On Friday I discovered that my assistant didn't do anything to move these hires forward while I was out, so we are in an actual race against time this week. I will not expose you to the string of profanity that I have been muttering since I figured it out... but you can imagine.

QOTD: Do you have a hard time getting rid of things? Sometimes I feel like a monster because I am just not sentimental about things at all. Is it wrong that I throw away holiday and birthday cards? I just don't see the purpose in saving those things... But anyway, I spent some time yesterday with a friend who has hoarding tendencies and I tried to help her get cleaned up but she just has sentimental attachments to everything! I couldn't even convince her to throw away her old palm pilots! But I at least got to make a snarky label for the box they ended up in. It said "Palm Pilots that Juli is pissed I won't get rid of". Lol, at least she has a good sense of humor about it.

After visiting with her for too long, without eating all day, I did the dumbest thing... I went to the grocery store while I was starving. Needless to say I came home with some CRAP. It?s going to be hard to make good menus and choices this week! What have I done??

Plan today:

B: Protein Coffee & HB Egg

L: 1/2 Sammy - Roast Turkey & Cheese

S: Greek Yogurt and Melon

D: ????? No plan yet. If I am busy today as I think I will be, I have a feeling that I won't eat one of my mid-day meals and won't need to plan a dinner.

Good mornin menu crew, hope that you're all well.

Yesterday wasn't all to great. Just a lot of pain and anxiety. Which turned into a painful and bad night. Now today will be long and exhausting.

We have the kids today until 4. Other than that I just hope to get a nap or two in today. I did manage to get a necklace put together. I posted it on Facebook and sold it within an hour. It wasn't really for sale per say but I'll be making another one for me as I really like it a lot. I'll include a pic at the end of the post. I just need to figure out a price for it. I ordered a few more of the dragon heads because there is a rush to buy them now.

QOTD: somewhat. It really depends on what it is and who's it was. I don't keep most cards and stuff like that.

B: JUST egg, Gorgonzola cheese, chicken sausage and coffee

L: either cauliflower fried "rice" or cabbage...haven't decided yet

D: probably whatever I fixed for lunch

S: L&F yogurt, popcorn and ???

I love the necklace. Very unique. I would certainly buy one if the price was reasonable.
