Hello Everyone
I have been a little sporadic with posting. I need to be more diligent. My new job is going well but I am mostly teaching myself about the job since there is no one to orient me. I can't wait to be a master of my domain. Oh well it will just take time.
QOTD: we keep the temp around 67 year round. I do like it chilly when I sleep so I can be under the covers. I only use a sheet and a thinning quilt.
I have been good with accountability. It is funny though. Last weekend we went to a movie and dinner so I had more calories (1200) than usual. It makes me concerned about weight loss. I have to be careful not to become calorie phobic. I usually get around 700 calories each day due to the smaller serving sizes. I don't feel deprived.
