I'm ready for a nap. Do people do that at 7:30?

i have an almost 2 year old dog(not a pandemic puppy) that is highly neurotic. We really need to board her and found a place that walks them 4 times a day so we are doing a "trial" run tonight. We don't want to stress her out but we need to figure this out. I'm pretty excited about no dog in the bed and not having to go home to let the dog out. Have NO idea how we will spend our freedom....

coffee w/protein shake

2 oz of chicken w/string cheese

4 oz turkey burger with cottage cheese and raw zucchini

no bake cookie w/fairlife latte

Puppy Xanax. It's a thing. Ask your vet.

we had a very stressed-out cat at one time. We did Xanax for awhile - and then we switched to paroxitine (Paxil). Either works wonders!

Don't let anyone tell you that you can't nap if you want! Break the mold!

I would mix up my night of freedom with my need for a nap and just crash, but I am not a terribly fun human.

Good morning! Successful food day yesterday and successful first attempt at searing yellowfin tuna for our salads. I'm just learning to eat fish, so one never knows what I'm going to turn out. Super busy day at work yesterday and I was brain tired last night. Took a little nap after dinner and went to bed on time. My body barely moved yesterday. Either I was at my desk or on my couch. Hoping for a busy day today.

QoTD: My current boss. I have worked for her for nearly 40 years. She started out a boss, became sort of like a Mom, then more like a sister, and now just a plain out bestie. She taught me everything I know about being financially responsible, generosity, sharing the wealth, and remembering that not every one has it so good. She has been enormously generous with my family and my kids think of her as a second mother. And when we are together, which isn't enough since she retired from the day to day operations here, there is tons of laughter and we finish each others sentences. Better than an old married couple.

Menu:

B: chicken thigh and cottage cheese

L: gyros meat, tzatziki sauce, 1/6 wedge of pita

D: carne asada meat, grilled veggies, a little cheddar cheese and 1/2 C refried beans

S: 1 oz beef jerky, 1/2 serving parm Whisps

Peace everyone!

Good Morning JB and Menuers,

That cat resembles my 82 year old mother to a T. If my brother and I did not provide her with a meal each evening she would live on Cheeto's and Reese's. I am already snacking. I have not even had my first meal yet. I don't know why but I had a half a cookie and a handful of peanuts before I left the house. I really hope these cravings stop and I can have a better day than it it has gone so far. Hopefully this coffee will help.

Yesterday I mentioned I caught a commission error and I was correct. I had not been getting paid on 2 small accounts since March of 2017 and it amounts to a nice chunk of change. Other sale people here also will benefit from my find. I told them I do take tips.

QOTD: I have a work husband named John and he can pretty much talk me off a ledge when I need it. We have worked together for the last 24 years and I actually named his first son.

Accountability: I over ate my crockpot pizza I had some when I got home and then again after bible study. And I had the first half of that Browned butter Raspberry cookie.

TSS: 3 years 6 Months 15 days:132.8 (Lowest 129.4)
