Sorry you are going through this at this time but thank you so much for checking in. I gotta be honest I was worried about you dear. I will keep you and yours in my prayers. For the time being don't worry about the scale, worry about the heathy. You'll find time to get in your grove when you need it most.

Mernin, happy taco tuesday

QOTD - Usually a lack of preparation. Thankfully I work downtown and have access to lots of fresh, vegan options.

Breakfast - fasting so hot black coffee and water

Lunch - Not sure, no preparation (hah), so grabbing something out with hubs.

Dinner - thinking something veggie, with pasta perhaps

Have a great day y'all!

Christina

God yes, I am with you... I am just not an intuitive eater. Mad respect to people who are able to do that, but I can't be trusted.

Hi all

it had been a few days since I last posted. I have been busy with school. My newest class is healthcare law which I know a cursory amount. I also started my new job as a Bariatric Coordinator for the surgical group. So a few changes in my life. I am still trying to get a routine for working out due to the new job. So far it has been ok.

QOTD: I also agree eating out or not having an eating plan is difficult. Eating out is hard because I don't really want to spend a bunch of money on something that won't be good for reheating. So far my family has been good with sharing a portion of their meal. I don't like not knowing my calories and macros either.
