Ugh! I'll try it today and if it hurts too much I'll ask for a plan B. She is very sure that I'm strong enough to do them.
On another note, I know you said you don't like giving recipes because you kinda wing it, but anyway you can tell me how you make that chickpea masala? My mouth waters just thinking about it. Thanks!

I would die. Dead. No more me. (...but I bet you can do it!!!)
Good morning gang,
Another busy work week ahead by the looks. Yesterday I attempted to post my menu 3 times but was interrupted each time, and eventually just figured I'd try again today. I took Sunday off of exercise completely and only had a short walk yesterday so I'm excited to hit the gym after work later and kick some weight training butt. Game 5 of the Montreal Canadians vs Vegas Golden Knights is tonight so we'll see if underdog Montreal can pull ahead.
QOTD: My menu's don't vary much so they are pretty easy to stick to, I'd have to say that when I finally relax at the end of a day is my downfall. I crave snacks while watching hockey lately so have been choosing a few strawberries or turkey pepperettes/kielbasa which are decent choices.
B - protein shake
L - taco made with ground turkey
S - greek yogurt
D - Optifast
S - a few strawberries
Lots of water

It is soooo good if you can eat the same thing every day and not get bored. I wish I could!
Good Morning JB and Menuers,
Hope every one is doing well. The weather here took a crazy turn with a bunch of thunderstorms yesterday and leaving it cool this morning I think it was 53° this morning. That is crazy for a June Pittsburgh morning. If you have a pool that is not heated here it will take a few days to get it warmed up enough to use it again. Fortunately we do have heat on Mom's pool I wanted her to be able to use it as much as possible so I bought a heater years ago.
QOTD: When I have to cook it I tend to graze and pick as I am cooking so when it is done there are to many extra calories. Eating out for sure. ****tails sometimes send me in a tailspin.
