Good morning! Nice to see all of you here! Eating was on plan yesterday and I got my porches, decks, outdoor shower and screened porch clean from the excessive pollen that fell for the prior month. So a good day of exercise and food. I slept very soundly last night.

Today is warm with possible showers this afternoon so we are unsure what the plan will be. Maybe kayaking if it stays dry? We are seeing SIL and her cousin later today for dinner so I am just hoping we go somewhere where something healthy is available (and I choose to order it).

QOTD: My biggest downfalls are eating out and drinking wine (not so much the wine but the eating that happens with it). At home, I have to have food in the house available for healthy snacks and ready to cook/eat at dinner. Winging it is not good!

No, kayaking didn't happen. We took a walk along the canal with Justice instead before the storms (which weren't as violent down here).

G'morning all!

Good timing with that meme, JB! My trainer sent me my new routine for this week and it involves 100 burpees!!! I'm like who do you think I am? But she insists I can do it. If you guys don't hear from me tomorrow I'm dead.

QOTD: I never eat by the plan, that's why I always post my meals of the day before. I need to see what I'm in the mood for and I don't mind eating the same thing 2-3 days in a row. My meals have to be fast and easy, I hate cooking. That's why I use a lot of TJ frozen food or ready to eat meals. I also use crockpot to make big batches so I have tons of food and I don't have to cook often.

My meals yesterday (ADF)

  • B: fast
  • L: premier protein + coffee
  • S: premier protein + coffee
  • D: tuna + hb egg
  • Total : 460
  • E: 5.5 miles jog
