The only time I could get Ron to let loose like that would be on vacation. I wish he was more outgoing.

I saw this morning and almost woke up my mom laughing. Hope it brings a smile to your face and maybe even a chuckle!

Good morning, everybody!

We got a rain storm last night, but I don't think that it cooled anything down, because it's supposed to be super hot today.

I did my part to support the California reopening by placing orders with Spring Mountain and Heitz Cellars yesterday.

Tomorrow we are taking my son to test drive a Toyota Tacoma. He needs a 4 wheel drive vehicle in Colorado, and we want to see if he likes driving the truck. He drives a Honda Pilot (every Mom in my town has a grey Honda Pilot), so I suspect it will be pretty similar. The challenge is that his grandfather will sell him the same truck for a better price, so if he likes it we have to extract ourselves from the dealer and buy it from his grandfather.

In the morning we are doing a little course where you run 3 miles and stop every half mile for 15 push-ups and 15 squats. It's a fun one that we've done before.

QOTD: Obviously all the candy, but I'm going to assume that is already a given and go with Wacky Packs. Does anybody remember these?

Pictures are from Boston last week: Walden Pond, Thoreau's replica house, Woodman's and of course, the lobster.

Breakfast: Sausage and cottage cheese

Lunch: fish tacos

Dinner: Cabernet and cheese.

Have a great day, all!

You know, I've never had lobster before. I'm pretty sure I'd like it though.

now that I think of it candy would've been on my list too.

I've owned a few packs of whacky in my day. However when I answered this question I didn't think it all the way through and being the big music person you are I was surprised you didn't answer differently. I remember as a kid going to Goody's Music store and they had a section of 45's that came out of Juke boxes and every Saturday we were aloud to walk to our little town and buy 2 45's. I could see you buying up a lot of music even at the age of 8.

I was in 8th grade when I started listening to a lot of music. I think 9 or 10 when I started following sports.

Happy Finally Friday everyone!! I am ready for it!

No big plans this weekend, I will drive out east to see my dad on Sunday so I'm looking forward to that. I would like to send some time reorganizing my upstairs office too but who knows if I will do that.

My spine corrector equipment did come in time yesterday for me to get a work out in on it; it's going to be a really good addition for my balance and core.

QOTD - books and magazines! At 8 and at 48, lol.

Menu today is a bit up in the air and I wasn't feeling the coffee this morning so I only had one cup and then switched to black tea.

PB toast and skyr for sure, maybe some pistachios....not sure about dinner.

My pics today are some flowers...well really one flower in various stages. Melody takes such amazing pictures and it has inspired me to spend a bit of time working on macro photos, they are a skill I want to improve.

Beautiful photos and thanks! I love macro work...it's just so much fun. I really like that last one!

the best camera purchase I ever made was a macro lens. I was only able to afford a "good" one after winning a cash prize at the area fair. I have a canon system. My back issues have prevented me from taking a lot of photos with big camera so I use my point and shoot a lot. It's really a good one. I miss my other camera though?
